Partition Wizard Home Edition เป็นอีกหนึ่งทางเลือกสำหรับผู้ใช้วินโดวส์ที่ต้องการจัดการฮาร์ดดิสก์ในขั้นสูง (Advanced) ที่เครื่องมือ Disk Management ที่มีมาพร้อมกับวินโดวส์ไม่สามารถทำได้ อย่างไรก็ตามโปรแกรม Partition Wizard Home Edition นั้นอนุญาตให้ใช้งานแบบส่วนตัวเท่านั้นโดยมีข้อจำกัดในหลายๆ ด้าน ดังนี้
• ไม่รองรับการใช้งานการรวมพาร์ติชัน (Merge Partition)
• ไม่รองรับการแปลงจาก dynamic disk เป็น basic โดยไม่ทำให้ข้อมูลหาย
• ไม่รองรับการแปลง cluster size โดยไม่ทำให้ข้อมูลหาย
• ไม่รองรับระบบปฏิบัติการ Windows 2000 Server, Windows Server 2003/2008 (32-bit และ 64-bit)
