Opera โปรแกรมอินเทอร์เน็ตเว็บเบราเซอร์อีกหนึ่งตัวที่ได้รับความนิยมมากพอสมควร มีจุดเด่นในเรื่องความเร็วในการท่องอินเทอร์เน็ต (ผู้พัฒนาอ้างว่าเร็วที่สุดในโลก) มีอินเทอร์เฟชที่สวยงามน่าใช้ และมีฟีเจอร์ (Feature) ที่ดีหลายๆ อย่าง ถือเป็นทางเลือกเพิ่มเติมนอกจากเว็บเบราเซอร์ยอดนิยมตัวอื่นๆ อย่าง Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer หรือ Google Chrome
วันที่ 22 มีนาคม 2553 ทีมผู้พัฒนาได้ออก Opera 10.51 ซึ่งได้เปลี่ยนไปใช้เรนเดอร์เอ็นจิน (Rendering Engine) ตัวใหม่อย่าง Opera Presto 2.5 ซึ่งทาง Opera อ้างว่า Opera 10.51 นั้น JavaScript engine ทำงานได้เร็วขึ้น 8 เท่า นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการเพิ่มฟีเจอร์ใหม่หลายๆ อย่าง ตามรายละเอียดด้านล่างครับ
